Add Widgets Beside Blogger Header

I'm actually using a three column templates but still, I want to add a Widget or Page Element just beside my Blogger's header/title, so I can easily apply images, texts, links or other things.

SkyView in Stockholm Globe Arena

SkyView is the newest attraction in Sweden situated exactly in Stockholm Globe Arena. Two newly built glass gondolas are placed at the side of the Ericsson Globe or Globen and each can accomodate 16 persons. With this, visitors have the opportunity to witness the amazing view of Stockholm from the top of the Globe, which is 130 meters above sea level (85 meters).
